Duty free and personal help now

I am making a petition to the government of Dominica, as soon as law and order is restored in the country to allow people to send relief supplies directly to their families. We all know how stuff sent generally can 'get lost' along the way! And how some people will never see a can of tin stuff!!! I am also asking the government to meet as soon as possible and pass an order for duty free concessions for the following items. Basic food stuff eh: milk flour, sugar, tin stuff etc. Building materials, tools and equipments, clothes, water, pick up trucks, dump trucks, concrete mixers trucks and smaller ones. Generators.
This duty concessions should be up to one year from date.
