URGE SOUTH AFRICAN LAW MAKERS TO REVISE LAWS ON ANIMAL CRUELTY

    The SPCA is incapable to STOP cruelty. Mostly they are unskilled. New laws will permit the SPCA to bring people to justice and raise money paid from fines to get workers educated. It is shocking that unskilled workers can have access to euthanize.
