We want practical anti-rape policing

Rape in South Africa is an untold crime that may well be epidemic

1. There are unreported cases and;
2. There only significant deterrent ( the fact that a rapist will be arrested) is ineffective

The Police Ministry should (1) publish reported Rape stats; (2) list the hotspots; (3) list the programs that are planned and engaged in to combat crime; (4) list a strategy to work with the civil society and create a PPP initiative for the combat of rape.
