Stop killing abandoned puppies in Prespa, Macedonia

Many families "adopt" puppies and abandon them, take a new ones and so on...The mayor gives orders minimum twice per year to " clean up" the region of the unwanted dogs, throwing poisoned meat everywhere around. The bodies go to garbage.
