House Republicans have refused to raise the debt limit, pushing America to the brink of default, and threatening to devastate the economy. We're just days away from disaster.

And Kevin McCarthy is sending them home on vacation?

He's actually doing it. He's telling House Republicans they can go home for Memorial Day weekend, making a passage of an increase by the June 1st deadline nearly impossible.

House Republicans have no right to take a vacation while they're putting the rest of us through hell because they have't done their work.
