No pay check for the President and Congress during a government shutdown

During a government shutdown the people have to suffer and government employees are without a pay check and they are struggling and stressing. It is not fair that the President and Congress are still getting their paychecks during a government shutdown. That’s not right. During a government shutdown no paychecks should be given to the President or Congress to make it right and fair amongst all governments employees, no matter what level of position. The President and Congress are playing their game and the people are the only ones suffering.
