Demand an End to Animal Dumping and Animal Baiting Now!!!

Animals are being dumped due to people being uneducated about dog and cat breeds, or they are tired of them because they grow up and are not cute , or they have unwanted babies. Those that are dumped and not rescued are starving to death, hit by cars, or captured to be used as bait for dogs that are used in dog fights. Because people do not resurch dog for the following breed,how big they get,their temperaments, or how to train a dog ,they are surrendered or dumped because of size, and not training properly . This has caused shelters to start putting dogs of all ages down, and rescues are begging for fosters because they are running out of room . Animals can not speak like we can and ask for food, or money for shelter. They can't say please don't throw me out I am sorry if I disappointed you at not being the dog you thought, please don't dump me because I had puppies by another dog ,or please don't put me in a cage with a mean dog for bait. Animals need to be loved, fed, sheltered, and taught just like babies. Not one person would throw out a baby because they don't listen,misbehave, or grow up and not be the cute baby they once were, or use them for bait in dog fights, so why do it to an animal?
This has to stop! Anyone caught dumping / baiting cats or dogs should be charged with animal cruelty , prison time, and have to register as a felon against animal abuse. This will stop them from adopting any other dog or cat in the future. Shelters and Rescues should be able to have access to these records , to prevent those who have this charge from fostering and adopting.
