Demand justice for death of 23.000 animals

These 23.000 animals died because there was not any measure to keep supply water during drought.  Casanare, Colombia has a lot of money derived the oil royalties, but it is not investing in repair the environmental damage that causes these mining.   We need to demand actions from the central government to solve the emergency and avoid the death more animals, and guarantee that these never happen again at the future
