Dog Licence

We need to be responsible Pet owners. We need to be accountable for our Dogs.
The time has come when Dog owners should have a licence linked to the Chip that Dogs are suppose to have. Years ago we use to have a Dog Licence and I think this needs to be brought back. The things that are happening to Dogs and People there needs to be accountability.
