make companies put declarations on their goods "TESTED ON ANIMALS" or NOT

animals are tested over and over with the same substance to make sure they are safe for humans. these animals don't have a choice they are forced into submission, they lose their sight have their skin burned. We the public should have the choice whether we want to use products which have been tested on animals and told whether they have been tested on animals or not.
