protection of the elderly against attorneys

Every single day of my job I deal with elderly or individuals in general that put there trust in attornies that fast talk their way into these vulnerable individuals lives. only to be left with debts that often result in garnishments of even the lowest of income like social security. these attornys have a contract signed obligating these poor people but often times are left to do all the work they have been hired to do. there has to be something we can do to protect those whom cannot protect them selves. its bad enough facing old age and those issues on top of putting trust in people that take you for granted.
