Petition for Reinstatement

Dear Office of computer science at university of Washington-Tacoma,
I was unable to raise cumulative GPA  to a 2.0 or earn a 2.5 GPA for the quarter
due to Special Circumstance that happen on my family during fall 2018. The reason why I’m unable to complete the course’s is because my father has kidney failure and I must go back home to support him through physically or mentally. In fact, I was lucky to finish other classes because the other classes they don’t offer laboratory as a result they lend me to take the exam when I just get back here during summer. I probably get credit for the course by the end of summer quarter since she said that during our conversation through via- email.  I finished everything and I’m waiting grade, so I assume that it’s going to popup soon.
