Stop the Public Display of Coyote Carcasses

It came to my attention recently when driving home with my young child that it is legal to display mass hunted carcasses publicly.

My son started screaming "Mom, We have to help those wolves! They are stuck!" I instantly pulled over and next to me saw, at a bar, several coyote bodies hanging. My son was traumatized at the sight and could not understand why this was happening and why we could not save them.

While yes, I disagree with hunting an animal you do not intend to eat, and believe it is our human responsibility to learn common sense and living peacefully with wildlife, that is not the matter.

It is unethical and immoral to display the animals in a public matter for all eyes to bear. Not all children and humans have been so robbed of their compassion that such a sight is considered ok or normal.

Please help me tell law makers to stop such displays. My child or anyone's child should not be subjected to such graphic images that will likely burn in their minds forever.
