Stop the Waterloo Road recycling centre being changed to a HWRC Household waste recycling centre.

The change will cause more HGV traffic through a residential area and the storage of harmful materials for example gas bottles and motor oil will potentially cause risk to nearby homes and businesses also when the site is closed the risk of fly tipping will go up possibly damaging the local community and environment.
