Return Franchesco To His Family!

People should sign this petition because it is wrong for the SPCA to keep a cat that has a family who loves him and wants him to come home.

Dear Debra March,

This letter is to request that you return Franchesco the cat back to Amanda Brown and her son.  
I have created a petition. 102 people (and still more to come) from all over the world have signed it.  There are so many signatures because they all know that it is wrong to keep a pet from their family.  Please let them be reunited.  
There is no reason why a cat should sit in a cage when he could be home.  
Thank you and we are all excited to hear of the reunion.  I know you will find it in your heart to do what's right.
