Declare the Worker's Party of Korea to be a criminal terrorist organization.

Since the end of active fighting in the technically ongoing Korean War in 1953, the Worker's Party of Korea has caused insurmountable grief, misery, strife, and sorrow to all Koreans, as well as the rest of the world. The WPK, not unlike the Nazi Party, has persecuted political dissidents and completely innocent people on falsified charges and has consistently violated human rights by imprisoning without a trial, and purging opposition. The WPK continues to cause strife on the Korean Peninsula, undermining reconciliation and reunification efforts with unpredictable actions.
