Climate Change: Practical Ways to Stop a Dangerous Reality

Climate Change is going on all around us, and the time is now to start recycling, keep trash off the ground, transport energy safely, and think of simple solutions to complicated problems. About 16% of my survey participants believe that climate change is the biggest issue of our generation. Some of the actions we can take include emission control/electric cars, recycling, reducing pollution, carpooling, using energy efficient products, picking up trash, and reusing materials such as plastics. This petition is for people of all ages in the United States to stand up to the old ways of harming our environment with little to no repurcussions. We cannot let this issue continue to divide and conquer us, but instead we should look to the past for inspiration to combat climate change. Think of the Americans who perished in the World Wars in the first half of the 1900's for our freedom because the issue of saving our world for our children and grandchildren is just as important a cause.
