Building of Apartments on property deemed as "Marsh Land"

This propery is in back of homes when purchased were told there could be no building on it because it was considered Marsh Land. Recenly we have been told that there would be single homes or apartments built on said land. The Bayside Homeowners Association does not object to single dwellings, We the undersigned strongly object to apartments on this site. We feel that it will have an impact on the value of our properties. Your attention to this matter will be greatly appreciated.
