STOP THE RISE OF RENT IN LOW INCOME NEIGHBORHOODS

For the last 5 years, the price of low income housing like apartments and duplexes have risen to the point of causing homelessness, and a lack of hope in rising above there situation. Renters across Rancho Cordova have had to move, sell things, and 2nd and 3rd jobs to afford mediocre homes that arent kept up, and instead of working with you or helping you with your problems they use a legal loop hole called "A No Cause 60 Day Notice" meaning they dont have to tell you why or even have a reason. If the manager wants you gone you are gone. How is it ok for prices to go up on crappy places that can throw you out if you complain...
