Repeal the banning of pit bulls and canary dogs in Lakewood, OH

  I would like to get this on the ballot to let the citizens of Lakewood be able to have their say.  Dogs are determined to be these breeds by profiling and saying they are so.  Then, the owner either has to pay for expensive blood work or provide documentation to the contrary. The State of Ohio has repealed it and so should the city, rather than tearing people's pets away from owners to be rehomed or worse, destroyed.
