Please Return back the money, 7 cups !!!

I took 7 cups trial period for one day and as i could not understand, i deactivated my account but somehow it did not reflect . And after 3 days , when the money got deducted, i am trying to explain them to refund me as i did not even use it and it wasn't even my fault that the account did not get deactivated, but they won't listen.

I even offered them to deduct 15 dollars for 3 days trial but they sumply won't listen. An app where people are supposed to help people out, they have given me the biggest tension.

Laura, the head of the Department did not even try to listen to my issues, and just ignored my pleas. No one is ready to help me out.
