Creating a convenient store

The NewYork Mart next to College Gardens Elementary school, is incredibly inconvenient for its residents. Having a specialty supermarket is great for diversity. But, the point of having a supermarket Is to make shopping for food convenient for the residents. Having this supermarket here unfortunately only serves certain people. My solution would be to change the NewYork Mart into a supermarket that includes something for everyone. A supermarket like Trader Joe’s, Shoppers, Food Lion, or Harris Teeter.
