Justice for REMMI

This petition is for the under 3 month old puppy that got beaten to death because the owners Uncle did not have cigarettes and took it out on this poor puppy. If you have been following my page THE RETIRED BULLDOGS, you will know the severity of the offenders long history of many different crimes including battery. We cannot continue to let Wisconsin Rapids judicial system just give people like this a slap on the hands and continue to do it to other animals or worst, to children.
