Damian Hardwick and the entire match committee must be replaced

The Richmond Football Club playing list needs rejuvenation and playing anyone who won't be a part of our next premiership side should be left in the VFL. We the members are tired of the club chasing pointless victories late in the season, and not giving our youth a chance for accelerated development.
We are also sick of the boring, terrible game style that we play and want to see our players take the game on, regardless of the result it produces. The players must get used to the style employed by rival clubs if we're to be successful in future years.
Lastly we indicate we are tired of missing out on big name players, and explore the club to gain a grade free agency talent by being bold and aggressive. We should be the club of choice to play for.
