California: what’s your problem with flying squirrels?

The flying squirrel, also known as the Pteromyini or Petauristini, is illegal in a few states including Alabama, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Nevada, and Utah. Unlike other illegal animal species, the flying squirrel poses no threat to the inhabitants or the environment of California. This is why even if you do not want a flying squirrel as a pet, you should support our cause to somewhere make a young child smile when they see their dream pet in front of them! I am a 14 year old who is well respected in my community, and I am asking for your help today to make MY dream come true! Let’s change the government together!
