Caring for the people

I am person that live Philadelphia and I was be in my neighborhood and kensington and Allegheny and under the El station is always not clean people live out their with no choice and with options and it's always trash and dirty needles and it can be germs out they and we don't need to catch anything and they people that is out there don't need to get more health problems even though they are drugs out their I wish that somebody can come out they to clean or volunteer so that it can live more better and healthier hopefully can have a better environment and maybe people will do things better
