Provincial and Territorial Canadian Governments Waive Legal Name Change Fees For Transgender People

Having the Government of Canada cover the cost of a legal name change for Transgender people not only reduces costs for those who are marginalized but it would reduce daily challenges Transgender people face with identification. Finally, making our communities safer for Transgender people.
