Safety concerns cars coming and going from The Blue Shore Centre at excess spends

Ressidence living near 12th and Lonsdale should SIGN THE PETITION with their full name and address if they"re concerned about speeding cars traveling up and down the lane from The Blue Shore Centre at the north-end pf the lane The residence act as if they own the lane! Residence driving own the lane,Another concern residence going up from the underground parking at the east-side of the lane ,they have a lot of difficulty trying to get their cars into the lane-way with speeding cars going by. I recommend SPEED-BUMPS be installed in the lane lending up to the north-end of the lane. There has been near misses by cars moving up and down the lane at excessive speeds. pedestrians at times have to jump out-of-the-away of speeding cars. Children on their way to and from school have nearly been struck by careless drivers. The conditions in the lane are even worse on rainy nights and late in the evening.
