Christopher Lee Martens wants to sing of the National Anthem at Crestline Jamboree Days

I moved to Crestline just before Independence Day. This July will make forty years (the best kept secret in town). I have been to most of the town's Jamboree Days Celebrations and noticed that, what to me seems odd, The Star-Spangled Banner is always played, but nobody ever sings. I would like that to change.
