"Wallace Poteat put a end to late fees"

My concerns is about my social security benefits payment date that fall the three wednesday of month.The government set up the system on the payment date of people birthdates not realizing that some creditors don't want to change their payment schedule for your convenience just theirs.I like to know if the government can cut the lates fees creditors make money off of people.I have 85 dollars of fees from creditors I get every month. This issue don't effect social security recipents that get their check the first week and last week of the month.I'm calling out help on this issue . Please tell what the best solution or what process I can take to reduce these these late fees every month.
