Redesign the Westbrook Skatepark

Westbrook's skatepark was voted one of the worst ones in the country by Thrasher Magazine, the most popular skateboarding magazine in North America. We as a community should be ashamed this reputation. As someone who frequently uses this skatepark, I can tell you that the people at Thrasher are right. Westbrook's park is too boxy. It has absolutely no flow, and you can only do one thing at a time, whereas other skateparks in the area, you can do multiple tricks in one lap around. At other parks, the concrete itself is really smooth, but Westbrook's concrete is cracking, extremely uneven, unsafe, and borderline unridable. If we fix the mistakes made when we put the skatepark there, more people will use it, and we can fix the reputation that Thrasher gave us.
