End extortionate fees from greedy Estate Agents!

As someone who is not yet in the position to afford to buy a house I am continually frustrated, that Estate Agents increasingly seem to be able to charge tenants horrendously inflated fees, for "administration" and "referencing fees". In addition to this the referencing agencies they sub contract seem also to be asking increasingly invasive questions and at times deciding to add their own special fees for little "extras". This basically amounts to extortion, and puts the tenant in a position where they are forced to disclose private details, and not really know where it is being used. Please sign if you find this process unfair or is affecting you personally, as it targets those who are not fortunate enough to be on the property ladder.
