Ban Berry Cherry/Poison Plants from Smallworlds

For months they have been trolling and harassing a group of us. Making multiple accounts calling us names, shooting us and all that jazz. No Mod ever seems to care about what they do, but as soon as one of us comes back, we're banned?! What's up with that?!
