Demand That The City Of Toronto Invest More Money In Yonge Street

Dear Toronto City Council

There are a lot of old buildings on Yonge Street that are in desparate need of restoration and business.  One of those buildings was the one which housed the old Gasworks Night Club, which closed in January 1993, at the corner of Yonge Street and Dundonald Street.

It would be nice if the old building could be spared the wrecking ball and could be restored to it's former glory as a rock n roll night club and bar.

We the undersigned are petitioning the Toronto City Council to please consider sparing some of the old buildings on Yonge Street just past Wellsley Street the wrecking ball in favour of restoration and attracting businesses that wouldn't otherwise consider Toronto.
