Save Ontario's Cap and Trade Program from the Chopping Block

The Ontario PC government planes on canceling Ontario's Cap and Trade program which will cost billions (approximately 3 billion) to tax payers, in order to pay back the companies that participated in the program, plus setting Ontario back in its fit against climate change, by cutting the funding to numerous programs set to help reduce Ontario carbon emissions.
