HELP SAVE THE LEVANA CENTRE!
The Alma Mater Society is attempting to remove the Levana Gender Advocacy Centre from the Grey House over a clerical error. The Levana Gender Advocacy Centre is the oldest equity seeking club at Queen's University and our ability to provide services to the students will be greatly impacted by losing our space.
Levana is a longstanding student-funded Queen's University club that, originally petitioning for the rights of the first female students at Queen's. The current incarnation of Levana specializes in creating change vis a vis social issues; we refer students to campus and community services, run reading groups, discussion groups, movie screenings, and coordinate with other clubs such as ACSA, EQUIP, and CARED to host events.
If you would like to see the LGAC keep its space in the Grey House, please sign this petition so that we can continue our important work on Queen's campus.
