Demand To Retrieve Old Stories NOW!

My old Wattpad account (a premium account, I paid $59.99 for no ads for a whole year)was deactivated WITHOUT warn back in June of 2019. I've tried to get back into the premium account but Wattpad Support said that I couldn't since Wattpad deactivated it WITHOUT warning, which I think is unfair.

I had that premium account for the last ten years and when I ask Wattpad to fix something on the upload page, they said they can't unless more users make the same complaint. I sent another email asking if they can fix the issue and a few days later, as I was browsing my premium account, I was shut out, saying the account was no longer associated with the email linked to it. I tried to log back into the account and it keeps saying the same thing. I contacted Wattpad Support about it through my multiple email accounts but they kept saying that I have to contact them through the email account linked to the premium account, which I did, several time.

I kept emailing and they kept saying the same thing, until someone tried to help me. They tried to send a link to the email linked to the account for verification, but I never received it. The same someone said that I may have never received it because the linked email had been whitelisted from receiving emails from Wattpad by Google.

I looked it up and there is no such thing as a whitelist through Google. So I contact Wattpad through the linked email on my premium account and its been three days, more than the alloted 48 hours, and no word.

I just want to get the stories I wrote and worked on for the past ten years on the premium Wattpad account back, and these people (Wattpad Support) are not helping me whatsoever. So please sign this petition so I can at least bring some attention to the situation and get my stories back.
