Demand that the U.S. government helps in protection of Sea Otters!

The Sea Otter population has greatly declined over the last 20 years. This is do to pollution, and unsafe recycling habits. By signing this we can prove that there is many people who have Sea Otter saftey in their mind. We all can help to save this majestic species.
