Demand a Change with Uber driver partner and Uber

Today I was trying to go on line to drive for uber and because of LOW rating by unhappy customers my star rating fell 1 point from %4.70 to %4.69 percent! Now i have to spend $50 to take a quality test for customer service and pass it and then UBER will consider re activating my account!. Riders should not be allowed to give a low rating just because they feel like it.
