Demand AAA end all contracts with Global Towing

I’ve been a AAA member for over 19 years. On this particular day, I called for roadside assistance (I needed a battery jump). My vehicle was parked on the street at my home and clearly visible. I saw the driver arrive and slowly pass my home while eyeing my yard sign. The sign said, Black Lives Matter”. He slowly reversed, still eyeing the sign. I walked to end of driveway to greet the driver and give him the AAA card and ID. I must also mention that I was wearing a face mask with the slogan “ No Justice No Peace”. The driver, never stepping foot out of his vehicle, scowled/frowned at me and said, “Did you call for AAA”, to which I replied just three words, “Yes, I did”. The driver then made some rude response that I didn’t fully catch, and then just drove off! Refusing to service me, obviously. Naturally, I called this incident in. AAA didn’t care. I still needed service so I requested it making sure to indicate “not the same company, Global. After 4 hours, a Global arrived! Subsequent to this, the initial driver who refused me service, texted me, to call me a liar! And also, I don’t know how text messages that are already sent can be manipulated but this company did just that. The thread messages from the original service request have somehow removed the name Global from the texts and they manipulated the dates on the messages “somehow”. So, in addition to tolerating racist behavior, this coming is also duplicitous!
