Miramar, Wellington Needs a skatepark

There are alot of skateparks around Wellington, but there arent any skateparks in Miramar.

Miramar is a dull place for skaters, Skaters want to go out and skate but they cant go far so they have to go to local schools where theres flat ground and ocassionaly stairs. 

If Miramar had a skatepark, skaters can have fun and practice after school not just staring at the tv and wishing they could do something.

Now its not just for Miramar residents but also for near by suburbs, so more people can enjoy.

We're asking the council to support and fund (along with corporate & community trust sponsorship) a Miramar skatepark.

This petition is to show Wellington City Council evidence of support for a skatepark to be built in Miramar, Wellington.
