Frivolous Law Suits

Frivolous lawsuits cost us millions of dollars in insurance and court costs.  Our society has become way to litigious.  I believe that we would eliminate almost all of the ridiculous lawsuits if the plaintiff had to pay for the defendant's legal fees if they lost.  This is a normal practice in parts of Europe.  It has not been suggested by the politicians because many of them were/are attorneys.
