Allowing Skateboarding in Waterloo Square

For the times I've visited the square I see people scootering , biking and rollerblading but when someone skateboards , Security comes. I believe skateboarding is an art alone and a way for people to connect with each other and set goals and progress while trying a new hobby/sport
