Reform NASA into the Earth Defense Force

Trump already wants a Space Force. NASA has plans for an asteroid deflection mission. Aliens could have sent that Oumouahmouah rock as a probe and giant boulders keep slamming into our planet!
Renaming NASA the *Earth* Defense Force will both boost morale and also intimidate other space agencies. Forcing them to recognize how much cooler NASA, and by extension, the US is.
If something goes wrong, I'd sleep smoother knowing the 'Earth Defense Force' was on the case.
