Demand an end to 74.04 rule.

I was falsely charged and judgement forever put on me and my 18 year old son because we could not afford a lawyer. Standing in front of the judge I had the proof of innocent and so did other lawyer but because of the rule of 74.04 used in bad faith because I could not afford a lawyer stating because I had not filed my proof within 30 days my proof was null and void. The judge refused to let me be heard or look at my proof. This is wrong I am innesent of the charge proof in hand but was charged guilty. Remove this law it is predjudice against the poor who cannot afford a lawyer and there for get wrongfully charged with crimes.
