I demand people to be held accountable for not reporting lost, abandoned, or abused animals!

People should sign this because anyone that can just walk by an animal left in the elements or abused is as sick and twisted as the person who left or abused them!! We need to put an end to this. How many more animals have to suffer before this country stands up and finally does something!! Lets ban together and put a stop to this. No animal deserves this. If this were a "human" it wouldn't be right ANIMALS are humans and deserve the same respect!
