Stop animal cruelty - Richmond rascals shutdown

My Little dog has been the victim of a boarding service that runs without a license and without any training or insurance certification. I was not aware of this until I went to pick him up 3 days ago and found him starved - literally all bones- And with an inflamed bash on his nose. When asking Richmond Rascals owner for explanations I was blackmailed instead and literally told to shut my mouth up. I took my dog to the vets and with treatment he is slowly picking up. Since this happened we are alerting RSPCA and reaching out to other customers who left negative reviews on Google reviews site we now understand that this is not a first, also there are other reports of abandonment in enclosed unventilated vans for long periods of time and dogs muzzled up for days in a row. Still the business continues operative despite that -pressumably as we are being told from the inside by some of the still good people working there- the pet care/ boarding side of the business runs without any legality. That will explain the lack of official contract and their request for the payment to be done either in cash or directly to a personal bank account.

Please help me avoiding other dogs going through anything like mine did !
