BMW Defective Subframe Mount

BMW should be held accountable for a serious defect in the 3series rear subframe mount.  There was a class action suit in 2009 which resulted in BMW only offering 1 year of "inspection" and possible repair.  This is terrible, this defect renders the car undriveable.  I have a 2000 328i that has a cracked rear subframe and they will not repair it.  This has happened at only 106,000 miles.  They, as a corporation, are lucky something worse didn't happen.  I don't understand how they got away with not having to issue a Safety Recall.  Please sign this petition if you find yourself in a similar situation, because BMW refuses to make the repairs.
