Demand an end to Blue Cars with wipers on, from driving thru the Neighborhood!

Blue cars have been seen in the neighborhood.... BLUE!!! Driven by a Human!!!

Seen as early as 5:30am. They travel down the road in all directions. They trespass turning around in my driveway. This is a huge concern: other motor vehicles such as red trucks and school buses enter the roadway at 6 am and travel until 10 at night. These Blue cars also have their windows rolled up, even in the rain! Nothing is being done about it by the police. The HOA is clearly not protecting all citizens of the community, being terrorized by the Blue cars. Just the other day, there was one parked, in an aggressive manner mind you, in the driveway. We have video and pictures of these cars traveling our neighborhood
