Petition to Unchain Animals In Pender County

 Join our petition to ask Pender County Board of Commissioners to pass an ordinance outlawing animals on chains in Pender County

We the undersigned believe that Pender County should follow the lead of New Hanover County an make it a crime to chain a defenseless animal.  Too many dogs in this County are chained, without shelter from the elements, socializing, adequate food and water, and are being denied simple, basic humane care.  Please sign this petition if you agree and join us in saying "enough."
